We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday home! To ensure that your stay – and that of all our guests – is as enjoyable as possible, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules below. They help us maintain a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
1. Check-in & Check-out
We want to make your stay as stress-free as possible. That’s why you will receive a unique check-in code for our key safe with every booking. This means you are not bound to fixed check-in times and can arrive at your convenience, without any pressure.
If you would like a late check-out, please contact us. If there is no direct booking the following day, we can arrange a late check-out until 8:00 PM for a small fee. This allows you to leave in a relaxed manner without feeling rushed.
2. Smoking & Quiet Hours
To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed indoors, on balconies, or in shared areas. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking areas. Our holiday home is a place for relaxation – please keep noise levels moderate, especially in the evening and nighttime hours. Parties are not permitted, so that everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.
👉 Important Notice: Violations of the smoking ban may result in a €250 penalty fee, along with additional costs for special cleaning and damage repair. We appreciate your understanding! 3. Pets To keep the accommodation clean and allergy-friendly for all guests, pets are not allowed. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
4. Visitors & Number of Guests
For everyone’s comfort and safety, the number of guests must match the number stated in your booking. If you wish to have visitors, please discuss this with us in advance.
👉 Please note: For each unauthorized guest, a fee of €50 per night will be charged. This helps us maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all.
5. Photography & Commercial
Use Our holiday home is intended for relaxation – therefore, commercial photography, filming, and any unauthorized use of the premises are not allowed.
6. Keys & Equipment
Please handle keys, key cards, remote controls, and parking permits with care. If you lose any of these items, kindly inform us as soon as possible – we will find a solution together!
7. Security & Surveillance
For safety reasons, security cameras may be installed in common areas. There are no cameras inside the accommodation, but noise monitoring systems may be used in certain areas to ensure quiet hours are respected.
8. Careful Use of the Property
Please treat our holiday home with the same care as you would your own home. If anything gets damaged or lost, just let us know – we will find the best solution together.
9. Waste Separation & Cleanliness
We care about the environment! Please help us by following the local waste separation guidelines. You will find detailed information on waste sorting in the accommodation. Thank you for your cooperation!
10. Agreement to House Rules
By booking our holiday home, you confirm your agreement to these house rules. They help ensure a great experience for all guests. In the case of serious violations, additional charges may apply, or an early termination of your stay without refund may be necessary.
